KD hammer warrior is great in AB. i love it, i can set up a solo target with a 4 second knockdown, weakness + deep wound, blindness to all adjacent and be unblockable to boot.
[skill]Enraging Charge[/skill][skill]Backbreaker[/skill][skill]Pulverizing Smash[/skill][skill]Belly Smash[/skill][skill]Warrior's Cunning[/skill][skill]"For Great Justice!"[/skill][skill]"To The Limit!"[/skill][skill]Endure Pain[/skill]
or, for an PBAoE knockdown attack:
[skill]Enraging Charge[/skill][skill]Earth shaker[/skill][skill]Yeti Smash[/skill][skill]Belly Smash[/skill][skill]Pulverizing Smash[/skill][skill]Warrior's Cunning[/skill][skill]"For Great Justice!"[/skill][skill]Endure Pain[/skill]

Warriors have the best spike and pressure damage in this game last I thought...
Deep Wound spam? totally plausible. I'd like to see a caster in GW do 100 unavoidable unresistable damage in one shot on a foe with full hp and high armor.
Pressure? DS-FGJ DPS = unmatched
Other warriors in other online RPGs can't compare to the GW warrior. Wish I could come back to this game though, not many people for me to play with sadly... I hope they release GW2 soon!
I'll always remember the innovation presented by Anet. A melee warrior can actually make a HUGE difference in the realm of doing the killing.

Augury of Death in gimmicks?
Warriors (or melee in general, not including Assassins) don't necessarily have the numerical advantage over other damage-built characters. However, what they are is a very flexible, adaptable threat that generally functions at extremely high efficiency compared to other damage characters.

Unfortunately warriors lose that efficiency entirely in unsupported skirmish situations. They become extremely vulnerable to shutdown, and tend to be a slow starter because of the adrenaline mechanic. What's worse, you generally don't care much about high single target pressure in AB/FA. You either want AoE to clear NPC balls quickly, or quick spiky damage to win skirmishes. Warriors aren't the best at either one.
Sadly, this leads to a lot of people playing crappy tank warriors in these areas, then bringing them into TA and such.

I win more often than losing in Ft Aspenwood when I play W/E hammer/knockdown. I have to admit though, my SS Nec does better there. I only play Luxon in Ft Aspenwood, so there has to be someone there with enchant removal. It always sucks there as W/? and when you start, you see the rest of your team is all Assassin, Warriors and Rangers, the bonding monk behind the shield laughing the whole time...
